I recently tried beard butter from Beard Octane and had a great overall experience. The first scent I received wasn’t really for me, or my family’s favorite, but their customer service was top-notch. They handled an exchange with no questions asked, which I really appreciated.
I ended up going with Barbershop, and holy moly—it’s fantastic. The scent is much more suited to my taste and makes my beard feel soft and look fresh.
They also included two samples I requested at no extra charge, which was a nice touch. On top of that, their butter jars are noticeably larger than other brands I’ve tried.
Between the quality product and A+ customer service, I’ll definitely be ordering from Beard Octane again.
