Beard Octane Heated Beard Straightener – 1-Year Limited Warranty
This Warranty is applicable to all versions of the heated beard straightening brush appliances sold by Beard Octane.
Beard Octane proudly warrants the Beard Octane Heated Beard Straightener to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal personal use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period, if the Heated Beard Straightener is found to be defective due to materials or workmanship, Beard Octane will, at its discretion, repair or replace the unit at no charge, provided that all warranty conditions are met.
Warranty Conditions & Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Misuse, abuse, accidents, or alterations.

Improper care, including failure to follow cleaning and maintenance instructions.

Use of the product for commercial or professional purposes.

Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or discoloration.
Customer Responsibility Prior to Warranty Service

Before returning the product for warranty service, customers must ensure that the brush has been properly cleaned and is free of hair, debris, or product build-up. Units returned in unclean condition may be rejected or returned without service.

Beard Octane reserves the right to inspect any returned product to verify the nature of the defect prior to authorizing any repair or replacement under warranty.

If, upon inspection, it is determined that the damage was due to customer misuse or factors not covered under this warranty, Beard Octane will not be obligated to provide a replacement or repair.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Beard Octane Customer Service with your original proof of purchase. Further instructions for inspection, return, and processing will be provided at that time.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
