'Tis the Season (For Shipping Delays)
It's that time of year again! With so many people shopping online, the volumes of packages going through USPS and other systems get pretty overwhelming. Around this time of year, USPS suspends scanning updates on packages until they arrive at their destinations.
Our team works 7 days a week on fulfilling your orders, and most orders leave our workshop within 2 business days! Please understand that shipping carriers and their processing times are not controlled by the Beard Octane team. If your shipped package does not update within 7-10 business days (that is not including weekends or holidays), email our support team and we can give you information on what to do next. We highly recommend purchasing our optional shipment protection at checkout, which can help us expedite missing package investigations.
USA DOMESTIC 2023 HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES
To get your Beard Octane packages by Dec 24th, your orders should be placed by the dates in the table below. Packages will take longer to arrive during Nov-Dec shipping timeframes, so plan accordingly. Remember, delivery estimates given at checkout are only estimates, and are not guarantees.

INTERNATIONAL HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES
All shipments going outside of the Domestic USA should be placed by Friday, Dec 1st to ensure timely delivery. International orders placed after this date may be delayed substantially, so please plan accordingly.
SHIPPING STATUS UPDATE ISSUES
If you have selected USPS as your shipping method and you do not receive a tracking update (location scans, movement on packages) after 10 Business Days, please contact us with your order number, and we will do our best to assist. PLEASE understand that again, this is out of our control. We do not have any additional resources in tracking down the exact location of your package than you do. Therefore, if you need a product location/status update, please contact USPS directly. We can not send a shipment replacement until a shipment has been officially marked as missing, lost, stolen, and/or damaged.
We offer US Postal Service (USPS) as well as both Fed Ex & UPS options for our customers. We understand that other shipping carriers may cost slightly more than traditional shipping by USPS, however, they tend to be more reliable when it comes to receiving your packages in a timely manner and getting appropriate tracking updates.
