Shipping policy

FASTEST. SHIPPING. AVAILABLE.

If there's one thing that we know at Beard Octane,  is that we hate waiting for anything that we ordered online.  This is why we get your orders out almost immediately!  If something delays your order, you will be notified and we'll make it up to you!

  • All USA based orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) by default.  You have the option to select a different carrier and speed that works for you.  
  • All orders over $75 (after discounts, before taxes) have the option to ship for FREE in the Contiguous USA.  This is typically sent USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First Class Package).
  • Orders are typically shipped within 1 - 3 business days.  We try to ship the same or the very next business day when possible. 
  • Orders are typically delivered within 5 business days (depending on shipping method you chose), once you have received your tracking number via email.  If you have not received your tracking number by email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support team.
  • Keep in mind, the delivery date estimates are from the carriers and are NOT guaranteed delivery dates.
  • Please allow for extending shipping times during Holidays and promotional sales events, due to high order volumes. 
  • All shipping rates are automatically calculated by the carriers displayed based on your address and the weight of your package.  We do not add handling fees.
  • IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE OF THE USA, READ OUR FULL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY.  Beard Octane is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges that may be assessed by your local customs authority or shipping carrier for orders outside of the USA.
  • Beard Octane is not responsible for any inaccurate billing and/or billing addresses. Any additional shipping & handling fees occurred due to incorrect information provided at checkout is the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Sales tax is based on the applicable state & local sales tax rates of the location to which the order is being shipped.
