WHEN WILL THE LIVE DRAWINGS TAKE PLACE?

HOW THE DRAWING WORKS

1. All eligible ticket stubs will be placed into a random drawing bin, and drawn at the time of our live stream.
2. You do not have to be present during the live stream to win! However, if you are not there and your Octane Ticket is selected, you will only have until April 29th, 2023 at Noon EDT to reach out and redeem your winnings. So, you will need to watch the live stream replay to see if your ticket won!
3. You must submit photographic proof of the winning Octane Ticket and your order number, in order to claim your prize. 
4. You will only receive one appropriate Raffle Ticket per qualifying order. If you make more than one qualifying purchase, then you will receive multiple tickets accordingly. 
5. Contest is open to legal adult residents of the United States and Canada.  

1. No Purchase Necessary: To participate in this random giveaway, no purchase or payment is required. A purchase will not increase your changes of winning.  You may request an Octane Ticket entry without making a purchase, by mailing a postcard to: Beard Octane, P.O. Box 296, Colchester, CT 06415, USA.  Postcard must be handwritten and include your full name, mailing address, email address, and which kind of ticket you are requesting (Red or Yellow). One postcard per ticket type. Postcard entries will have their ticket number emailed to them. Postcards must be received by April 22, 2024. Beard Octane is not responsible for requests that are incomplete, illegible or misdelivered by mail carriers.
2. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of the specified jurisdiction(s) who are at least the age of majority in their respective state, province, or territory at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the giveaway organizer are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry Period: The contest begins on April 1st, 2024 and ends on April 20th, 2024. All entries must be received within this time frame to be considered valid.  The drawing will take place on YouTube, live on April 25, 2024, starting at 8pm ET.
4. How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, follow the entry instructions provided in these official rules.
5. Selection of Winner: The winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period, both through automatic purchases tickets and postcard requests. The drawing will be conducted by the Beard Octane staff, whose decisions are final and binding.
6. Notification: The winning Octane Tickets will be announced on the live stream. If any winner(s) fails to claim their prize by Noon EST on April 30th, 2024, the prize is forfeited. 
7. Prize(s): The prize(s) will be as described in the official rules. No cash or other substitution is allowed, except by the giveaway organizer, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable. The winner(s) is/are responsible for any taxes, fees, and expenses not specified in the prize description.
8. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the entry period.
9. Liability: By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the giveaway organizer and its affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage that may occur from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize or participation in the giveaway.
10. Privacy: Any personal information collected during the giveaway will be used for the purposes of administering the giveaway and as described in the giveaway organizer's privacy policy. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to the collection and use of their information as specified.
11. Disputes: Entrants agree that any disputes arising from the giveaway will be resolved according to the laws of the State of Connecticut and that any legal proceedings will take place in the specified state.
12. Sponsor: The giveaway is sponsored solely by Beard Octane.
13. Social Media: The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform on which it may appear. Entrants agree to release such platforms from any and all liability related to the giveaway.
14. Official Rules: By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these general rules and any additional rules provided in the official rules document. Failure to comply with the rules may result in disqualification.
