Simply put, if there is something wrong with one of our products, or if you simply just do not like it...let us know! We will do everything in our power to make sure you end up a satisfied customer. Everything that Beard Octane has to offer is handmade, and made with PRIDE. This means that we stand behind every single product that Beard Octane has to offer!

REQUIREMENTS & RESTRICTIONS

 

  • All return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the original order date.

  • Returned products must be shipped back to us using USPS with tracking.  We do not offer free return shipping labels.  Returns must be packed safely and include an RMA number provided by our Support Team.

  • Before a refund, exchange, or store credit can be issued, our warehouse team must first physically receive & inspect the returned items.

  • Opened box/used products are not eligible for refunds, but may be eligible for store credit or product exchanges. No returns on opened/used shower products.

  • You have to have made the purchase from us.  If you just happened to find a Beard Octane product on the ground behind Uncle Jimmy's rusted out Ford F-100 pickup truck, then we can't help you.  No telling what Uncle Jimmy's been doing out in the back forty!
