US POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) HAS WIDESPREAD DELAYS OF PACKAGES!
Due to employee shortages and routing system issues, we don't recommend choosing the USPS (US Postal Service) options for fast delivery. As a small business, these delays are out of our control.

Due to increased package theft concerns around the holidays, larger orders may require a signature before delivery.

2025 HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES (USA Packages Only; No APO/FPO)
To get your Beard Octane packages by Dec 24th, your orders should be placed by the dates in the table below.  Packages will take longer to arrive during Nov-Dec shipping timeframes, so plan accordingly.

Remember, delivery estimates given at checkout are only estimates and are not guarantees

APO/FPO - US MILITARY MAIL
We have been advised by the Postmaster General that orders placed to APO/FPO addresses must be placed using USPS PRIORITY mail service by Dec 9th.  No other method will arrive for Christmas, as transit times for other methods can be up to 45 business days.

INTERNATIONAL HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES
All shipments going outside of the Contiguous USA should be placed by Wed, Dec 8th to ensure timely delivery.  Any international orders placed after this date may be delayed substantially, so please plan accordingly.  

SHIPPING STATUS UPDATE ISSUES

If you do not receive a tracking update (location scans, movement on packages) after 10 Business Days, please contact us with your order number, and we will do our best to assist.  PLEASE understand that once packages are in the carriers' hands, your package is out of our control.  Therefore, if you need a product location/status update, please contact the carrier directly.  We can not send a shipment replacement until a shipment has been officially marked as missing, lost, stolen, and/or damaged.

SHIPPING ALTERNATIVES

We offer US Postal Service (USPS) as well as both Fed Ex & UPS options for our customers.  We understand that other shipping carriers may cost slightly more than traditional shipping by USPS, however, they tend to be more reliable when it comes to receiving your packages in a timely manner and getting appropriate tracking updates.
